BRIEF DIPLOMA & CERTIFICATE

BRIEF offers both a Certificate and a Diploma level of qualification.

BRIEF Certificate in Solution Focused Practice

The Certificate is awarded after completing eight days of training with BRIEF and submitting an essay demonstrating an understanding of solution focused principles and an ability to put them into practice. Courses provided to agencies by BRIEF can be credited towards the Certificate.

BRIEF Diploma in Solution Focused Practice

The Diploma is a two-part qualification. Part 1 consists of eight days training with BRIEF. In order to move to Part 2, evidence of ability to use the approach has to be provided via a piece of written work, either on the Diploma application form or via having been awarded the Certificate. Part 2 comprises 8 two-day workshops over the course of one academic year. Course members who successfully complete both parts of the course will be awarded the BRIEF Diploma in Solution Focused Practice.
